What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is the return policy for A.P.C. products?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items like underwear and masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the unique character of A.P.C. raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash in cold water with a specialized detergent and air dry.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay. Local payment methods may also be available depending on your shipping country.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders. You may return the items for a refund once they have been delivered.
What is the 'Butler' program for A.P.C. denim?
Our Butler program allows customers to exchange their old, naturally faded A.P.C. raw denim for a new pair at half price. The returned jeans are then washed, repaired, and resold as unique 'Butler' pieces.
