A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Register Your Return
Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
